Free range Kelly bronze turkey, reared exclusively for Walter rose. Kelly bronze turkeys are over twice the age of a standard commercial turkey which sadly doubles the farming costs, but quadruples the flavour. Maturity has the biggest single impact on flavour. Kelly bronze turkeys have well marbled meat and award winning flavour.

Our size recommendations are;

• 5kg – Feeds 8-10 People
• 7kg – Feeds 12-14 People
• 10kg Feeds 18-20 People
