To add any items to your order you must place a new order for the additional items. To cancel any item, please contact our accounts team via phone 01380722335 or email accounts@walterroseandson.co.uk.

Sadly, we cannot guarantee a delivery time, but normally deliveries will be made before 5pm. On the day of your delivery, feel free to contact transport@walterroseandson.co.uk and our team will be able to give you an ETA.

Pay via PayPal; you can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your ordered items.

We deliver to a huge part of the UK with our own fleet of vans, however if you fall outside of this area we would be able to deliver via a courier service at a shipping fee of £17.10

If for some reason we are unable to supply any part of your order we will contact you to offer you a suitable replacement item that will be of similar or higher value at the same price. At this point you would of course be free to cancel your order. If you are not happy with the replacement item when it arrives, we will give you a full refund.

We use fully insulated packaging and your order will be carefully packed to ensure that the contents remain chilled, however on receiving your delivery we would recommend that you place your order directly into the fridge (or if preferred your freezer) as soon as you are able.

We are only able to deliver orders within the UK

 

For courier deliveries your order will be delivered via a next day delivery service following the day of dispatch from our shop
