Once you’ve collected points, simply log in to your account and apply them to your order — either at the basket or during checkout — to enjoy money off straight away.
When using your loyalty points, you can apply them to any order, up to a maximum of £20 off.
You can choose the account icon at the top of the website, or if browsing on mobile, under the menu. From there, log in to your account and select the My Points link to see total points available. If you are already logged in, scroll below the FAQs section on this page, and you’ll see the ‘You have unused loyalty points’ section.
No, we do not allow you to earn points on delivery charges.
If you redeem points on an order that is later refunded, the points earned from that order will be removed, and any points used for the discount will be credited back to your account.
No, we do not allow you to use both a promotional discount and your loyalty points to receive a double discount. During a promotion, we sometimes provide you with the option to earn double the rewards for use against your future orders. Ensure you’re subscribed to our newsletter for the latest updates.
