Brie de Nangis is a soft cow’s milk cheese from Île-de-France, near Paris. It has a velvety white rind and a creamy, pale interior that becomes almost runny as it ripens. Milder than other Bries, it offers buttery, mushroomy, and nutty notes with a gentle tang.

Perfect with crusty bread and light red wine.
