After earning the name cuvee royale after been served in the royal courts of queen victoria & king edward. This release from joseph perrier is an expertly crafted expression.  after 6 generations of wine growing; this independent producer still uses traditional harvesting methods, with each grape hand-picked and meticulously checked for its quality. The cuvee royale is an assemblage of a third of chardonnay and pinot noir, with the rest pinot meunier. This is then aged for a minimum of 3 years before been bottled.
