From Château de Lascaux, based at Pic Saint-Loup in the Languedoc, the biodynamic Domaine Cavalier Rouge is produced from a blend of mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, with a touch of Merlot grapes. The wine has an intense aroma of fresh red fruits, raspberry, plum and cranberry, with notes of the garrigue such as laurel, thyme and rosemary. Fresh, balanced and round, with gentle minerality.
